OD Harris

President/CEO

Entrepreneur of the Year, OD Harris is a veteran of the Army and has discovered the keys to unlocking his life’s purpose. Having the ability to synchronize faith and financial freedom, OD has emerged as a successful serial entrepreneur. After graduating from Davenport University and studying tax law at Michigan State University, OD launched Wize Tax and Accounting, in 2003, with zero working capital. Within its first year, Wize Tax and Accounting grew rapidly by OD acquiring national and global clientele- successfully breaking even the first year. This led to a profitable second year, allowing OD to open multiple offices. The scope of OD’s expertise is capacious, ranging from formation and development of business, to the advancement of individuals through personal and spiritual mentorship as well as successful execution of philanthropic efforts.

His Ready, Set, Go Foundation gives back to the community by offering programs and strategies to entrepreneurs to promote their successful growth and development. December of 2015 OD received Entrepreneur of the Year, by Black Wall Street Phoenix. He has served as Vice President of NBMBAA Phoenix,  Vice President of Lansing Youth Organization, serves on the board of Arizona Black Philanthropy Initiative, has dedicated over 4,000 hours to the community, and much more. 

Ja’Meen J. Oliver

Vice President

Ja’Meen serves and functions in various roles, that have become the foundation for his vast knowledge. Firstly, Ja’Meen is the founding Pastor of the Jehovah Shammah Apostolic Faith Church in Maricopa, AZ as well as the Founder of Jehovah Shammah Apostolic Ministries in Phoenix, and he also has the distinct pleasure of serving as a Overseeing Elder for the Global Empowerment Fellowship of Christian Church with his diocese encompassing Arizona and the country of Mexico.

Ja’Meen PROUDLY serves as a Chaplain for Sante Hospice based in Scottsdale, AZ and as the co-founder and Vice President for Ready, Set, Go; an organization that helps educate business owners on how to maximize for success. Ja’Meen serves the community of Maricopa as a contributor to the “Maricopa Monitor newspaper” section on Religion, as well as the Mayor’s office for prayer during city council sessions.

Anglina Bouc

Angelina Bouc is a Graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Criminal Administration and Justice. Ms. Bouc is an entrepreneur creating her own business venture called Viral Solutions Center where she service entrepreneurs and small business owners to increase their web presence. She has recieved High Honors and Awards from Google, Attorney office of Ohio Service Award, Bing, and many more

Domonique Williams

Domonique Williams is a graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVru University with a Master of Human Resource of Management. She currently works for discover Financial Services where she uses her knowledge to build strategic relationships across the organization and make recommendations regarding staff planning, talent development, and performance standards. Facilitate organizational change and impact by strengthening individual skills and organizational competencies, and contributing to build a culture of performance, feedback, and continuous learning and improvement.
